Job Description
Key Missions
Project management
• Be the primary point of contact for your clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Define the scope and planning and ensure the delivery of each phase of the project
• Gather and formalize customer requirements; identify the appropriate IDEMIA products and services and the most relevant project approach
• Structure and coordinate internal and cross-functional teams to ensure a precise understanding of needs and optimal execution
• Ensure “right first time” delivery, in accordance with quality and performance requirements
• Manage all stakeholders, resources, risks, and dependencies, from the initial request to the transfer to operational teams (BAU)
• Implement effective control mechanisms (planning, quality, communication, risk management)
• Produce project reports, define and supervise test plans, ensure the transition to operational teams, and lead the project closure
Customer relations & consulting
• Manage, retain, and develop your client portfolio as a technical expert
• Provide advice to clients and internally on existing solutions and technological innovations
• Provide support, recommendations, and technical assistance, including in the context of BAU activities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose high value-added optimizations
Internal collaboration
• Contribute to team dynamics by providing cross-functional support (replacements, business continuity)
• Promote information sharing, documentation, and knowledge capitalization
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure project consistency and efficiency
