Position Summary
The Marketing Executive supports the Senior Manager in the development, coordination and in-market execution of brand and marketing initiatives across the portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient delivery of marketing activities through strong administrative, coordination, and cross-functional support, enabling brands to perform effectively in market across Batteries, Lights and Autocare categories.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Support
- Support the Brand Manager(s) in the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with local and global strategy.
- Assist in the execution of brand initiatives, new product development (NPD) and consumer promotions or any wining activation program that drives shopper interest to maximize sales performance.
- Support media execution through creative adaptations, material instructions (MI) population, and coordination of assets.
- Coordinate the development, adaptation and timely delivery of POS materials in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
- Support in setting up & maintain the e-commerce visibility in Poland
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between marketing, commercial, supply chain, regulatory and external partners.
- Portfolio & Project Coordination
- Provide project management support across key initiatives, supports with marketing analytics for growth opportunities in collaboration with Brand Manager(s), new product initiatives and track business cases in internal systems.
- Coordinate planning timelines, deliverables and cross-functional inputs to ensure on-time execution.
- Support budget management (purchase order creation, inputs, tracking and reconciliation).
- Marketing Operations & Administration
- Maintain product content and data within active platforms such as online catalogues, provide stakeholders with all necessary materials relevant to the market and supports the team in delivering timely communication to drive brands and new product launches
- Works with graphic agencies and content strategists to manage the development and execution of materials for customer trade shows and expos and other marketing deliverables such as brochures, catalogues and in-store materials
- Support consumer promotion logistics including entry data management and prize fulfilment coordination.
- Respond to and coordinate regulatory data requests and requirements.
- Participates in strategic meetings organization (local deployments, …)
- Analysis & Reporting
- Support portfolio analysis including pricing, market activity and performance tracking.
- Collate competitive and market intelligence for local and global stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree required with preference on Business, Marketing
- 1-2 years experience within Marketing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn internal systems and platforms.
- Sound understanding of marketing operations and execution processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
- At ease with oral presentation
- Polish – native or full professional proficiency
- Proven international experience - English full professional proficiency
