Job Title: Parts Pricing Administrator

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a Parts Pricing Administrator to join our Stock Control team at Duxford. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date parts pricing across our aftermarket product range, supporting operational efficiency and ensuring pricing integrity across the business.

You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to manage pricing data, update systems, and ensure that all product information is current, accurate, and compliant with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update supplier price records for aftermarket parts and products

  • Process pricing updates and ensure all changes are approved in line with business requirements

  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new products, kits, and promotions

  • Update and manage parts kits, including operator packs and van tool kits

  • Create replacement part numbers and manage associated system updates

  • Upload Volvo Hose Service recipe files and support related processes

  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain the latest pricing and product information

  • Support pricing requests and supplier communication

  • Manage incoming tooling request forms and related administration

  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider team

About You

You will be organised, detail-focused, and proactive in your approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong administrative and data entry experience with high attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative

  • Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Professional, reliable, and committed with a strong sense of ownership

  • Flexible and collaborative approach to work

Desirable

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Knowledge of the construction or heavy equipment industry

  • Familiarity with mechanical parts or terminology
