Interpret and work from isometric drawings, P&IDs, and welding procedure specifications (WPS)
Execute various welding processes such as GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), and/or GMAW (MIG) as required
Execute various joints like socket weld/ Fillet weld and butt weld and others.
Maintain fillet sizes as per WPS.
Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and joint preparation before welding
Maintain weld quality in accordance with codes such as ASME Section IX and applicable project standards
Conduct visual inspection of welds and coordinate with QA/QC for NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT)
Perform 100 percent RT witness on Butt Welds
Perform preheating and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) when required
Repair defective welds and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria
Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and safe handling of welding equipment
Maintain tools, welding machines, and work area in good condition
