Your responsibilities:
Become part of our international customer service team and play an active role in managing our global (key) accounts and implementing exciting customer projects. In this role, you will be the central point of contact between our international customers, internal departments and sales companies. If you enjoy organisation, communication and project work, then you've come to the right place!
Creation, processing and monitoring of orders, quotations and contracts in an international environment
Back office support for our global (key) account customers
Project management of international customer projects
Support for the field sales force and international sales companies (e.g. customer and market analyses, evaluations)
Monitoring delivery times, adherence to deadlines and shipping processing, as well as processing returns and restocking, standing in for other administrators and performing special tasks as specified by the team leader
Your profile:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Professional experience in international customer service or project management desirable
Very good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (SAP)
High service orientation, enjoyment of working in an international environment, strong communication skills, organisational talent and team orientation
