Job Description

  • Collaborate in the definition, development and execution of the Marketing Plan, translating strategic objectives into integrated trade, communication and project action plans across channels. 
  • Lead and coordinate end to end marketing projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, timelines, budgets, KPIs and ROI. 
  • Plan and execute trade marketing and POS initiatives across PRO, DIY and Ecommerce channels, ensuring brand consistency, visibility excellence and effective local activation.Manage Promotion plan and its execution, validation and reporting
  • Manage Promotion plan and its execution, validation and reporting
  • Manage product launches, promotions, customer initiatives and events, including training and communication for wholesalers, distributors, installers, B2B partners, trade associations and purchasing groups.
  • Drive cross channel, cross area and internal communication initiatives, including customer satisfaction, community development and institutional relations projects.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, digital, trade, communication, legal) and external partners (agencies, suppliers, freelancers, customers) to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage project budgets and purchasing processes, including cost estimations, contracts and approvals, while monitoring performance, risks, opportunities and market competition in trade.
