For more information, visit https://www.bitdefender.com Key Responsibilities: Build and grow partners - Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners - Create and execute joint business plans with clear revenue goals - Work with distribution to identify and scale new partners - Manage and grow a set of existing focus partners, identifying new cross-sell and expansion opportunities within their customer base Drive pipeline and revenue - Generate pipeline through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities - Work closely with sales teams on deal strategy, positioning, and closing - Support partners across the full sales cycle Enable and execute - Deliver partner enablement including training, certifications, and sales plays - Run joint campaigns, events, and demand generation activity - Ensure partners are aligned to messaging and positioning Field engagement - Attend industry, partner, and customer events - Build strong in-person relationships across your partner base - Travel across UKI to drive engagement and growth Collaboration and reporting - Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams - Track pipeline, performance, and forecast accuracy Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience in a Channel, Partner, or Sales role within cyber security or enterprise technology - Degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field preferred - Relevant cyber security or vendor certifications are advantageous but not essential - Familiarity with partner programs, vendor frameworks, or channel accreditations is beneficial
