Job Summary As a Meet & Assist Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers requiring fast track and personalized airport assistance

Your professional presence, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach will ensure a smooth, efficient, and memorable experience for every traveler

Your activities Greet arriving and departing passengers with professionalism and courtesy Provide fast track airport assistance, including escorting passengers through security, immigration, and boarding processes Handle bookings and flight information updates Liaise with airport staff, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations Assist passengers with wheelchair support, and other special
