Sr. Mgr. Network Performance

The Sr. Manager of Network Performance for Value Based Care is responsible for executing performance management, provider engagement, and education with provider practices across musculoskeletal (MSK) value-based care programs under the direction of the VP of Value Based Care. This role serves as the primary point of contact for participating providers and practices across specified markets.

The position focuses on interpreting claims and performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements that drive quality, utilization, and cost outcomes. They work closely with Regional Medical Directors, VBC CMO, Medical Economics, Care Management, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to support program execution, provider accountability, and continuous improvement.
