Job Description
Liberation Programs is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Residential Support Staff for Families in Recovery Program (FIRP), our residential treatment facility for pregnant and/or parenting women.
Job Function and Purpose:
Recovery Support Staff are responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the facility are functioning appropriately, Recoveree services are on schedule and running smoothly, and that our Recoverees feel safe and supported.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure emotional support and safety of Recoverees
- Conduct and document facility protocols
- Monitor Recoveree meals and medication schedules
- Smooth shift transition by providing proper documentation of previous shift
- Maintain open line of communication with Clinical Supervisors and Program Director
- Conflict resolution, de-escalation & crisis intervention
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a behavioral health residential setting
- HS Diploma or GED
- Crisis Management training and experience
