Museum Shop & Visitor Services Director

The founding Retail and Visitor Services Manager will build retail and front-of-house operations from the ground up for this reimagined institution. The Gilcrease Museum store is not simply a shop, it is an extension of the visitor journey, an opportunity to carry home a piece of the American story, and a gateway to the artist communities and Indigenous makers whose work reflects the museum's mission. This role combines strategic retail leadership with visitor services oversight, ensuring that every guest encounter, from first ticket purchase to final farewell, reflects Gilcrease's commitment to hospitality, discovery, and the diverse heritage of the Americas.
