Principal Lead, Cards & Loyalty

The Principal Lead – Cards & Loyalty is responsible for leading the strategic and operational technology agenda for the Credit Cards, Debit Cards , Prepaid Cards and the Loyalty programs. This role ensures the delivery of innovative, secure, and scalable solutions that align with business goals, regulatory, customer experience inline with the Group Technology reference architecture. The incumbent will drive transformation, enhance customer experience, and ensure technology platforms support business growth and compliance with both Consumer protections and Shariah principles.
