Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Warehouse Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to warehouse and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated professional who is comfortable interacting with leadership and driving culture. This role is 100% in office and supports our three Phoenix-area (Glendale) warehouses.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

 Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance.
  • Develops detailed understanding of the needs of the business to act as a liaison between leadership and operations.
  • Coordinates temporary workers.
  • Coordinates internal resources and vendors for the efficient execution of tasks/projects.
  • Develops a detailed project plan to track tasks/progress.
  • Serves as a point of contact for teams under the management of the Regional VP.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and scheduling routine/emergency maintenance.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Aligns with Human Resources to champion culture and maintain employee engagement.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain solutions a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
