As the Group Talent Systems & Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Group Talent team, reporting to the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager in Geneva. This role requires a strong blend of operational expertise and project coordination, focusing on managing initiatives related to talent and performance. Your primary mission will be to optimize our HR Talent systems, particularly Workday, from a business perspective, ensuring data integrity, driving efficiency, enhancing user experience, and providing expert support to the HR community, while actively contributing to and coordinating various projects that enhance our talent landscape.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Optimization & Project Coordination:

    • Proactively identify opportunities and collaborate with cross functional and HRIS teams to coordinate and manage enhancement projects within Workday, focusing on improving functionality, efficiency, and user experience for Talent, Performance, and Development modules.

    • Act as a primary point of contact and expert resource for the Talent community regarding Workday usage and optimization processes.

    • Manage the effective resolution of system support needs by partnering with HRIS teams, including the escalation of complex or critical issues, and contribute to the planning and execution of system-related initiatives.

  • Data Management & Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct thorough and systematic testing of Talent, Performance, and Development processes and functionalities within Workday across various test environments, identifying bugs and verifying fixes to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.

    • Assist in the implementation of new reports and analytics capabilities, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure they meet business requirements and provide reliable insights.

  • Learning & Development Support & Communication:

    • Proactively create, maintain, and update engaging e-learning materials (courses, videos, presentations) for HR Academy / NeverStopLearning, adapting to evolving needs and framework changes using tools such as EasyGenerator, Canva, and PowerPoint.

    • Participate in communication efforts related to managing the talent optimization cycle (Talent, Performance, Development), ensuring clarity and engagement within the HR community.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Your Profile: You should have 10 years of international HR experience, with a strong focus on HR systems optimization (especially Workday), data quality, and operational support within Talent Management. You are autonomous, professional, and capable of driving system improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Workday Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Workday (Talent, Performance, Development modules) from a business perspective.

  • Business-System Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and collaborate with HRIS teams.

  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., EasyGenerator, Canva, PowerPoint).

  • Operational Excellence: Strong commitment to improving quality and efficiency of business and system processes.

  • Problem-Solving & Proactivity: Analytical approach to identifying and resolving system anomalies and process inefficiencies.

  • Project Management: Ability to coordinate and manage projects, contribute to larger initiatives, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to build relationships.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in content validation, system testing, and data quality assurance.

  • Global Mindset: Experience in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Language: Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
