Purpose of role
You’ll act as the central coordination point for a wide range of presentation and creative projects — from pitch decks and client materials through to broader campaign and digital outputs.
Working with a globally distributed team (including design, motion, and digital specialists), you’ll take briefs, shape delivery plans, and manage projects end-to-end — ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Innovation and continuous improvement are actively encouraged, so a forward-thinking and adaptable approach is key.

· Interpret and translate briefs into clear timelines, deliverables, and project plans
· Manage the end-to-end delivery of presentation materials (pitch decks, client presentations, credentials) alongside wider creative outputs
· Coordinate activity across global, multi-disciplinary teams (design, motion, digital)
· Attend briefings and work with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and expectations
· Produce time and cost estimates, managing delivery within agreed parameters
· Prioritise and organise workflows across multiple concurrent projects
· Maintain an up-to-date view of all live workstreams and production schedules
· Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, ensuring smooth delivery
· Ensure all outputs are quality checked, on-brand, and approved before release
· Support continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working
Previous Experience
· Experience in project management within presentations, marketing, or creative environments
· Strong exposure to presentation-led delivery (PowerPoint, pitch decks, executive materials)
· Experience working with multi-disciplinary creative teams (e.g. design, motion, digital)
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
· Comfortable working with global teams and across time zones
· Interest in innovation, new tools, and evolving ways of working
