Creative Integrated Designer

Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: London E14

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Work model: Hybrid; on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Purpose of role 

We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Designer to join our busy Creative team, based on-site within a client account in Canary Wharf. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker, able to collaborate closely with clients and the on-site team.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for representing the department and delivering exceptional design content for print and digital platforms (UX/UI), while also contributing to strategic campaigns.

The role requires a passion for transforming content into impactful and engaging visuals across appropriate print and digital communication channels. The core responsibility is to deliver innovative and creative content execution across various media, maintaining a consistent look and feel.

We are looking for a professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to ensure that all work meets the highest standard while adhering to brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, dedicated, and have strong communication skills.

This fast-paced role often requires quick decision-making and the ability to interpret and translate client instructions into branded concepts and final designs that work seamlessly across both digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated creative solutions and campaigns that bring content and brand design to life
  • Liaise with clients in a professional and helpful manner, proactively managing their expectations
  • Support the business in managing and delivering client work to ensure it is delivered right, first time, on time
  • Interpret and challenge the brief requirements, offering the best design solutions for clients
  • Take responsibility for escalating or resolving any client issues, regularly communicating updates to the Design Team Leader/Account Manager
  • Deliver exceptional branded solutions to the client and market, ensuring high standards of quality
  • Proactively provide clients with outstanding printed and digital marketing collateral, in compliance with brand guidelines
  • Think creatively to develop new ideas and concepts, collaborating with the team
  • Apply design principles of animation and moving images
  • Use workflow software and adapt to existing procedures within the team
  • Provide technical input and advice on both print and digital projects as needed
  • Produce final files for print and write print specifications
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Create engaging infographics and ensure quality checking and accuracy

Key Competencies

  • The ideal candidate will be highly organised, dedicated, and possess strong communication skills, with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience in both print and digital/moving image design, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, is required
  • A strong drive to achieve client satisfaction, while contributing positively to a culture of sharing and collaboration within the team and wider business

Key Skills

  • Formal training in graphic design (relevant qualification) or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to develop compelling concepts and provide innovative design solutions within corporate design guidelines
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign) and Figma
  • Confidence to present and explain design ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A calm and mature personality, able to work independently or within a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet client needs and project deadlines

Advantageous Skills

  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Exposure to AR/VR technologies
