YOUR MISSION

As CRM Manager, you drive customer engagement and lifecycle performance across Europe by executing and optimizing CRM initiatives.

  • Support CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle with a focus on email marketing
  • Execute acquisition and retention activities across channels and touchpoints
  • Plan and deploy campaigns, ensuring high-quality content, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Work with CRM tools to manage audiences, data, and campaign setups
  • Analyze campaign performance and track key KPIs such as open rate, CTR, and revenue contribution
  • Contribute to segmentation, personalization, and customer insights
  • Support A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns and journeys
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, CRM standards, and compliance requirements.

YOUR TALENT

You are a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM professional with a passion for customer-centric marketing and digital innovation. You combine analytical thinking with strong execution skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM, E-Mail marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of CRM KPIs and campaign performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email service providers, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email creation is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
