KPN Registered Nurse-Heart and Vascular

The Registered Nurse is responsible for:- Prepares patients and examination rooms, taking initial medical history for the chart, taking vital signs.- Assist physician in special procedures, including minor surgery as required.- Receive and handle phones calls as directed by physician.- Accountable for his/her own professional development and practice within the scope of care defined by law.- Any other duties relating to the business operation of the medical practice that may be assigned by the physician(s) or practice office manager.Requirements- Current RN license in State of Ohio.- ADN (or equivalent experience) required but BSN preferred.- Must be ACLS and CPR certified.- Excellent communication and teaming skills.
