Job Description
- The Environmental Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer service for the Environmental Services Department. - Serve as a leader that has excellent customer service skills, can manage work flows, is great at follow through, and can communicate effectively with guests and staff. - Will assist Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, supplying technical/personal support and performing Quality Assurance checks. - Trains on an as needed basis. - Assists in working areas in employee shortages.- All Environmental Service Worker I and Environmental Service Worker II competencies
