Youth Activity Attendant (KidZone)
Provide safe, engaging childcare and interactive play experiences for children while parents utilize the fitness center.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and children warmly and check children in/out securely
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Monitor safety and wellbeing of children at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of KidZone area
- Identify and remove hazards, report concerns to management
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with attention to safety and detail
- Positive and energetic personality
