Housekeeping & Light Maintenance Associate
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members by maintaining facility cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas and equipment
- Perform routine cleaning of locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean glass/mirrors
- Replenish supplies (towels, soap, sanitizer, paper products)
- Empty trash and monitor for hazards
- Inspect equipment and facility for maintenance needs
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines including CDC recommendations
- Document issues, repairs, and member concerns
- Enforce facility rules and maintain professional communication
Qualifications:
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- 1+ year cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in health and fitness a plus
