The role is deeply embedded in the business, requiring you to identify early signals in people dynamics, coach managers through complex conversations, and help build clarity, accountability, and high standards across teams. You will influence decisions across a regional GTM footprint, ensuring people strategy is tightly aligned with commercial outcomes.
