Job Description

About this Position As Brand/Senior Brand Manager focusing on marketing communication, own integrated marketing campaigns, drive social media communication and content seeding across Red Note and other mainstream platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness, enhance brand reputation, and deliver measurable business results through creative, data-driven marketing strategies. What you´ll do Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, maintain consistent brand positioning and key messaging. Manage Red Note and social media operations, develop content strategy and grow digital influence. Lead brand seeding, KOL/KOC collaboration to drive organic reputation and conversion. Monitor campaign data, competition and trends, optimize strategy to improve ROI and brand influence. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all projects deliver on time, on budget, high quality.
