Assistant Prosecuting Attorney - Juvenile Division

The Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Prosecutor position in the Juvenile Division.

Primary duties for the position include prosecuting delinquency actions for offenses ranging from serious felonies to traffic citations, reviewing school truancy referrals, and partnering with Child Protective Services on abuse, neglect, and dependency cases.  Candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic, dedication to seeking justice and maintaining public safety, and adherence to high professional standards.

• Licensed Ohio attorney in good standing 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Valid Driver's License
