As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will lead delivery excellence across a portfolio of complex Revenue Cloud implementations. In this role, you will provide visible leadership and ownership over the full Quote-to-Cash project lifecycle, turning intricate billing and pricing challenges into elegant Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions. We are looking for a dual-threat professional: a master of client relationship management who brings an empathetic, customer-success mindset, but who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to configure complex product catalogs, workflows, and Agentforce AI features. Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate highly collaborative discovery sessions, using active listening and empathy to uncover true business requirements and guide key stakeholders through critical design decisions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client teams, managing project scope, navigating escalations gracefully, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Translate complex multi-cloud and Quote-to-Cash business requirements into scalable, elegant RCA solutions that directly solve customer pain points.
- Design and implement comprehensive Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including RCA, CPQ, Billing, and Contract Management.
- Build and optimize product catalogs, dynamic pricing rules, advanced discounting logic, and complex approval workflows within RCA.
- Integrate RCA with other Salesforce Clouds and external systems such as ERP, accounting, and order management tools.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, latest AI capabilities and best practices actively incorporating these features into client architectures where applicable.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Partner with practice leads and subject matter experts to advance delivery excellence and innovation.
- Contribute to internal and external thought leadership through presentations, white papers, or industry events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process optimization and delivery efficiency.
- Champion quality assurance and documentation standards across projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an external-facing technology consultant (internal-only application management will not be considered).
- Proven, hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and/or Agentforce Revenue Management. (Note: We understand the timeline of this product's market availability; we are looking for genuine, hands-on project execution, not just theoretical knowledge).
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing, CPQ).
- Strong grasp of revenue recognition principles, accounting standards, and best practices in recurring revenue models.
- Proven ability to lead client discussions, influence decision-making, and resolve complex solutioning challenges.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant or CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
- A proven track record of managing high-volume, fast-paced project portfolios without losing attention to detail.
