How You Will Help
- Lead ASC’s strategic partnership with Ferguson, aligning initiatives with Ferguson’s growth trajectory and operational scale.
- Develop and execute national account strategies that drive profitable revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership value.
- Serve as a key liaison between ASC and Ferguson’s executive and field leadership teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ferguson branch leaders, ensuring alignment and connectivity across field operations.
- Champion ASC’s value proposition across Ferguson’s network, including branches, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
- Drive Ferguson channel strategy, ensuring ASC’s offerings are aligned with Ferguson’s operational and growth goals.
- Lead ASC’s field engagement strategy, including training, support, and performance tracking.
- Develop scalable programs that support Ferguson’s national footprint and local execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ASC’s sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver seamless service and support.
- Ensure operational excellence through detailed planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Serve as a thought leader within ASC on Ferguson trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account managers and field support professionals.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience in national account leadership, strategic partnerships, or channel leadership, preferably within distribution, building products, or industrial sectors.
- Proven success managing strategic partnerships with large-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of Ferguson’s business model, branch operations, and customer base.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Field-oriented mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Ability to travel 50%+ nationally
