Associate Director - Cross screen ROIs

Role Summary:

We are seeking Data Science / other professionals with strong expertise in large & complex data management, ROI measurement and modeling. This role will enable leadership with clear ROI visibility, driving optimal investment decisions across content and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

ROI Measurement & Frameworks

• Design and implement robust cross-screen (TV + Digital) ROI frameworks
• Establish ROI benchmarks, guardrails, and governance standards
• Ensure alignment of analytics outputs with P&L impact and business outcomes

Financial & Advanced Analytics

• Build models for ROI forecasting, scenario planning, and investment optimization
• Analyze large datasets across revenue, cost, viewership, and engagement

Performance Tracking & Decision Support

• Develop dashboards and MIS to track: ROI performance
• Investment efficiency
• Business impact trends
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve capital allocation

Stakeholder Management & Influence

• Present simplified, decision-ready insights to senior leadership
• Drive adoption of a ROI-first decision-making mindset across teams

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• 8+ years in consulting, strategy, or finance analytics roles
• Strong business acumen (ROI, unit economics, investment evaluation)
• Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving
• Strong executive storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to translate analytics into strategic business actions
• Work in fast-paced environment
