Conduct interview, prepare onboarding materials and documentation
Assist with filing and organizing HR documents
Provide support in arranging company training
Help to plan and organize company events and engagement activities
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Job Requirement:
Undergraduate student in BBA
Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
Able to commit to internship period from June to August 2026
Full year intern [hourly rate: HK$50; Expected to work for 24 hours or more per week; should support 5 days’ work during summer period (Jun-Aug 2026)]
