Job Description
The Part-Time Administrative Support role provides essential clerical and data support to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team. This position is responsible for daily order verification, report uploads, and data tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. The role works closely with CSRs to identify and resolve order discrepancies, supports manual order and quote tracking across all territories, and prepares routine reports and visual data for management review. This position also assists with overflow order checks during peak periods, contributing to efficient order processing and high service standards.
