
Sales Executive
Job Description
As a Sales Executive, your role will be to manage and expand the profitable sale of a broad range of products for our Power division. You will also develop and execute plans to gain new business that aligns with sales growth goals. You will secure customer orders and effectively communicate, implement and execute all applicable company programs to customers.

You will do this by:

Developing effective business partnerships with new and existing customers/OEMs, to support the Company’s growth goals

Managing accounts to meet strategic goals: maintain existing business while identifying and pursuing incremental profitable business growth

Reviewing and analyzing sales, marketing, and industry data to promote sales. Determining customer needs; Communicating trends and opportunities and making recommendations to Leadership

Managing and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, while also effectively achieving DSI goals

Facilitating activities, internal and external, to promote quality discipline for our products

Interfacing with assigned management and support personnel as necessary for consistent, open communication, customer support, implementation of company programs and achievement of company goals and objectives

Controlling and reducing selling costs through the lens of sustainable complexity reduction

Promoting the sell-thru of customer commitments with collaboration on effective advertising & sound merchandising practices

Performing other duties as assigned
