Job Description
The Cote Hospitality Collective is seeking a creative, curious and motivated Marketing Assistant to support marketing efforts across premier hospitality and experiential brands, including Grand View Lodge, Tanque Verde Ranch, Camp Lincoln for Boys and Camp Lake Hubert for Girls.
This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple brands and channels. The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, assist in campaign execution and contribute to content and digital marketing efforts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support coordination of campaign deliverables across multiple brands and channels
- Help track timelines, deadlines and campaign performance
- Ensure brand standards and messaging are applied consistently across all touchpoints
Content & Creative Support
- Assist in creating marketing content for social media, email, website and more
- Support content organization and asset management
- Help maintain consistency in brand voice while adapting to each brand’s unique identity
- Research trends and contribute creative content ideas
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars and assist with scheduling activities
- Organize and manage marketing assets and documentation
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of social media platforms
