Senior Corporate Development Analyst (Hybrid)

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to join our Corporate Development team based in our Plymouth, MN office on a hybrid schedule. This position is an integral member of the Corporate Development Team and provides in-depth analysis and research for the purpose of evaluating potential M&A opportunities. The Sr. Corporate Development Analyst will also manage all aspects of a transaction including due diligence and monitoring post-acquisition integration and results. This position will also monitor the Specialty Insurance markets and provide data and reporting as needed.
