Peer Support Team Leader - Crisis Services - Windsor/Windham Counties

HCRS is seeking a Peer Support Team Leader to provide support and supervision to our Mobile Crisis Peer Support Advocate (PSA) Team. In addition to providing direct services to individuals requesting support when they are in a crisis related to emotional distress or substance use, the Peer Support Team Leader is responsible for leading the integration of peer support into mobile crisis. Our ideal candidate will have relevant lived experience, personal or professional experience supporting people in crisis, as well as demonstrated leadership skills. Training in Intentional Peer Support, restorative/transformative justice, de-escalation, harm reduction is preferred. The pay for this position is between $29-$31 per hour.
