INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Hyundai team.

We are a hybrid work environment, currently x3 days week in-office. Local candidates only.
OVERVIEW
The Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hyundai’s campaigns and initiatives, and to ensure that the agency delivers quality work on time and within budget.
Our ideal candidate will have a mix of traditional and social experience. In this role, you will lead day-to-day client and partner communication to set expectations, track budgets and contribute to overall business development. Organizational and collaborative skills are key to translate client assignments into actionable tasks, and eventually delivered projects. To do this you will be directly interfacing with Creative, Strategy and Production departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead client communication on deliverable basis
- Lead milestone internal meetings, including kick-offs and internal creative reviews
- Manage client budgets with AD
- Lead status meetings and other collaboration conversations
- Responsible for delivery of and/or delegation for contact reports, scheduling of key client and internal meetings.
- Attend shoots
- Ownership of client meeting decks and facilitation of client meeting flow
- Responsible for adherence to client and agency process and documentation
- Ensures all assets are trafficked to media and deliverables are live.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years of experience in a client services function within a marketing or advertising agency
- Production knowledge - Broadcast, Print, Digital, Social, Experiential
- Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, Excel and SmartSheet
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to develop and implement new processes
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
- Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 . Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: budget, years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
