We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer / Technician to join our growing team in Central Pennsylvania. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial customers while delivering high-quality workmanship and

Key Responsibilities
· Install commercial HVAC systems including Rooftop units, Split systems, VRF systems, Air handling units, Exhaust systems, Ductless systems
· Install ductwork, piping, hangers, supports, and related HVAC components
· Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
· Measure, cut, assemble, and install HVAC materials and equipment
· Assist with equipment startup and testing
· Troubleshot installation issues in the field
· Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
· Maintain accurate job documentation
· Communicate with project managers, foremen, and customers on job progress
· Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
· Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 50+ pounds
· Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
· Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, twisting, and standing
· Ability to work in varying weather conditions and job-site environment
Qualifications
· 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
· Experience with commercial heating and cooling equipment installation
· Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
· Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation techniques
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· EPA certification preferred (if applicable)
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
