Process Engineer
Based at our plant : Oradea
Job description:
Manages the installation of new equipment in relation with the central industrialization team
Workflow optimization
Optimization of production time
Cost reduction
Implementation of visual management
Problem solving
Continuous improvement of the production process
Presence and support on the production line, for the construction of serial references.
Sets up production equipment for the production of samples
Defines spare parts, tooling and everything necessary for the production process in collaboration with other departments.
Run, test and update systems and processes
Provides process documentation and operating instructions in line with SES standards required for production
Instructs operators on proper use of equipment and standards
Evaluates processes, takes action and interprets data
Designs, sets up and monitors production equipment
Provides technical input into the design work of the development team.
Qualifications :
Technical degree.
Experience in the field of automotive not a must but is an advantage
Skills and qualities :
Knowledge about AUTOCAD, PFMA,
Experience in risk assessment (FMEA process) not a must but is an advantage
Advanced knowledge of English.
