Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Minimum of five years of Product Management experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of two of the following technical disciplines: application development, operations, business process management, business analysis, business relationship management
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
- Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
- Knowledge of information principles and processes
- Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting
- Understanding of the political climate of the enterprise, and how to respond to political challenges
- Maintains a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to The Venetian Resort's appearance standards
- Maintains consistent adherence to The Venetian Casino Resorts Unmatched Guest Service Standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
