On Call Primary Care Provider - 16th & Burnside

Join Central City Concern as an On-Call Primary Care Provider supporting patients at the 16th & Burnside Recovery Center and across residential SUD programs. This role delivers hands-on medical care to individuals in withdrawal management and treatment, managing both acute and chronic conditions while initiating medications for opioid use disorder. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, pharmacists, and behavioral health teams to provide integrated, whole-person care.
