Job Description
Brief Role Description
We are looking for a bold, future-focused Brand Director to lead CUPRA and SEAT at importer level. We are looking for someone who doesn’t just follow the category – you challenge the status quo, act like a rebel with a cause, and turn ambition into action. You are driven by performance, inspired by Barcelona, and obsessed with creating exponential experiences that awaken the senses – in our showrooms, our digital ecosystem and the streets. You understand that CUPRA is where design meets innovation and electrifying performance, and you know how to build a true Tribe: a community of bold people who live the brand, not just buy it. You bring that same energy into how you lead: future-facing, fast-moving and always one step ahead, with a mindset that feels at home in the night shift of electronic music, the competitive edge of padel or pickleball, and the pace of a city that never stands still. GOT THE DRIVE?
