Possible Tasks within this Role
Scheduling: Appointment scheduling and reception of clients.
Consulting: Comprehensive client advising regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with all aspects of service processes.
Work Order Management: Opening service orders and monitoring the repair process while maintaining communication with the client.
Documentation: Completing all required documentation prior to handing over the vehicle to the client.
Vehicle Handover: Delivering the vehicle to the client.
Complaints Resolution: Handling and resolving client complaints.
Qualification requirements
Education: Minimum Level IV vocational qualification.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems.
Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English and/or German.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use (MS Office, Word, Excel).
Driving License: Valid Category B driving license.
Soft Skills: Teamwork abilities, persistence, and capacity to work under pressure.
