THE ROLE

The Financial Planning & Analysis professional is a key member of the Finance team, supporting strategic decision making through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. In this role, you will partner across departments to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help guide the company’s financial direction.

THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE
• Support the development of the annual enterprise wide budget
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, analysis, and projections
• Monitor and report on performance against the long term financial plan
• Partner with cross functional teams to identify gaps and support action plans
• Analyze projects and initiatives to measure performance and provide recommendations
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify process improvements
• Present financial insights and projections to senior leadership
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
• Assist in improving financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes
ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
THE TECH
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive preferred
• Ability to use systems and tools to support financial analysis and reporting
IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT NOT COMPLETELY NECESSARY TO HAVE
• Experience in retail or multi unit environments
• Experience supporting enterprise level financial planning processes

Pay Salary Range: $90k-110k
