Monitor financial performance of the business unit including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to business unit leader and other respective management
Finance lead for the development of the Region’s annual operating plans and forecasts
Support innovation through new product costing and volume analysis to determine the future profitability and value proposition for new products
Partner with manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to analyze product costs, set pricing strategies, and drive margin optimization across the portfolio
Generate analysis and understanding of the budget and forecasts to help management make informed decisions that drive the performance of the business
Partner with the business in the coordination and development of the strategic plan / trajectory
Support the monthly business review process, monthly financial reporting and other required reporting
Prepare month-end closing deliverables
Manage rebate agreements and commission & accruals
Support adherence to documented internal controls; Assist with development of new controls
Maintain the integrity of financial systems and reporting modules
Assist with Global PCG and ad hoc projects as required
