Responsible for the direction, leadership and provision of high quality, cost effective patient care in the Women’s Center via responsible management of human and fiscal resources. Coordinates the provision of patient care that is consistent with the policies, procedures and standards of professional nursing practice and consistent with the policies and procedures in place at NTMC. Serves as Maternal Program Manager and Neonatal Program Manager responsible for program oversight and quality improvement initiatives, as described in addendums to this job description.
