Overview Job Description As Client Lead, you are responsible for the overall quality of advice and output for your clients, as well as their satisfaction, commercial performance and long-term growth. You act as the primary client owner across your accounts, translating client needs into actionable strategies and leading a client team to deliver integrated media solutions. You are accountable for strong client relationships, strategic excellence, profitability and the development of the team members working on your client portfolio. Responsibilities Responsibilities Act as a strong business partner for clients by translating their needs into actionable plans for the team and Publicis Groupe. Shape the strategic media direction together with Connected Media Consultants and Strategists, challenging clients on KPIs, growth opportunities and connected media planning. Ensure high-quality media recommendations, products and services across the assigned client portfolio. Lead, empower and align client teams, driving collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across all deliverables. Identify and activate growth opportunities for clients and Publicis Groupe, involving colleagues within and beyond the direct team where needed. Own the financial and legal elements of the client relationship, including revenue, profitability, contract management, SLAs and day-to-day governance. Ensure delivery is high quality, on time, audit-proof and supported by tidy financial administration and compliance with Publicis standards and policies. Coach, mentor and challenge team members, supporting their knowledge, skills development and engagement. Contribute to pitches, inspiration sessions, award submissions, thought leadership and best practices across the organisation. Qualifications Qualifications HBO+ working and thinking level. 10+ years of relevant experience in client leadership, media, marketing or a comparable commercial environment. Strong experience in client portfolio management, stakeholder management, commercial management and integrated media planning. Solid knowledge of the media and marketing landscape, connected media planning, KPI setting and measurement frameworks. Experience with contract management, SLA oversight, resource planning and capacity management. A leader who understands client needs and can translate them into clear direction for teams and the wider organization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, persuade and influence stakeholders. A constructive, collaborative leadership style with the ability to build bridges between clients, specialists, teams and external partners. A proactive, solution-oriented and commercially minded attitude, with a focus on sustainable success, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
