Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner by closely working with delivery teams.
• Provide actionable insights through Data Analysis of Operational Parameters to the stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational parameters, publish to the delivery team.
• Analysis of critical parameters influencing the profitability enhancements for the stakeholders.
• Drive governance mechanism to improve Operations KPIs of the delivery teams.
• Supporting special projects which are part of key Organizational / Department initiatives.

• 8 to 10 years experience in Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical ,communication and problem-solving skills.
• Having good understanding of delivery operations.
• Exposure to large volumes of data, good in number crunching and having attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel. 
• Good Presentation skills.
• Experience in creating Power BI Dashboards.
• Ability to work individually with minimal supervision and be a team player.
