Job Description

We’re looking for a detail oriented and proactive professional to support the Deputy Director with day to day management and oversight activities. This role helps ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking initiative, conducting independent research, preparing reports or presentations, and stepping in to manage designated administrative functions when the Deputy Director is unavailable. Strong communication skills are essential, as this position responds to citizen inquiries, provides information to agency staff, and manages a variety of non routine administrative tasks. Accuracy in preparing and maintaining records, reports, and correspondence is key.
