About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Garment Technician to join the Bras N Things fit and technical team.

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the fit team, helping ensure product evaluations, fit processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Your work will directly support the delivery of profitable ranges by ensuring garments meet Bras N Things’ quality, fit and commercial requirements.

This role is ideal for someone early in their technical career (a graduate or store team member) who is highly organised, detail‑driven and keen to learn within a fast‑paced apparel environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the fit team with day‑to‑day administration and coordination tasks
  • Setting up and maintaining fit documentation and technical records
  • Preparing and sending fit packs and supporting information to vendors as required
  • Assisting with the evaluation and fitting of garments alongside the fit team
  • Helping ensure all products align to brand quality, fit standards and timelines
  • Supporting clear communication between internal teams and suppliers

 

What we’re looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • A strong interest in garment construction, fit and technical processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
  • Experience in apparel, fashion or technical support roles is desirable, but not essential, alternatively you have fit experience from store or from your lingerie or fashion degree
