
Director of Compliance (hybrid)
Job Description
Director of Compliance directs the credit union’s compliance with all state and federal regulations. Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of regulations. Oversees the filing reports with government agencies as directed by law. Responsible for preparation of required disclosures for new and existing products and services. Directs and appraises the activities of department personnel. Serves as secondary liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies related to compliance. Provides regular reporting to CRO/GC and assists with relevant reporting for Management and Audit Committee. This is a working leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
