
Learning Specialist
Job Description
This role onboards newly hired and reassigned team members and supports implementation of learning projects to achieve the credit union’s strategic goals. Designs and delivers training programs aimed at improving individual skills and enhancing organizational performance. Collaborates with the People & Development team(s) to create, implement and conduct training programs with focus on operational procedure and development. Applies adult learning principles to facilitate effective training and deliver curriculum to credit union team members. May be required to work occasional Saturdays as needed to facilitate learning activities.
