Epic RCM & Patient Access Applications Director

The Epic RCM and Patient Access Application Director leads the strategic execution, oversight, enhancement, implementation and optimization for all revenue cycle area application components (Patient Access, Authorizations, HIM, Professional Billing, & Hospital Billing). This Director will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction and support to staff, liaise between Leadership, IS and hospital staff, develop plans, gather projects scope requirements, design and technical documents, implementation planning, information management, coordinate with vendors, support the department and/or staff training, programs to meet the goals, objectives, and needs of the organization.
